  • 1 c. uncooked regular white rice
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
  • 1 1/2 soup cans milk
  • 1 large fryer, cut in serving pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix rice, soups and milk.

    Place in a 3-quart casserole dish. Put chicken on top of it, skin side down.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Place in a 250° oven, uncovered, and cook for 3 hours. Turn once during cooking.
