- 1 c. uncooked regular white rice
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
- 1 1/2 soup cans milk
- 1 large fryer, cut in serving pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix rice, soups and milk.

2Place in a 3-quart casserole dish. Put chicken on top of it, skin side down.

3Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Place in a 250° oven, uncovered, and cook for 3 hours. Turn once during cooking.
