Easy Chicken Divan

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed but not cooked (or I use fresh uncooked broccoli, it doesn't get mushy)
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken or 3 chicken breasts, boned, halved and cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
  • slivered almonds

Directions

    Place broccoli in greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish (or slightly smaller).

    Put chicken over top of broccoli.

    Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle with almonds.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serves 6.
