- 1 chicken
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 small can peas and carrots, drained (optional)
Directions

1Cook chicken.

2Remove from bone and cut into pieces.

3Place meat in 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Mix soup and broth; pour over chicken. Add peas and carrots, if desired.

5Mix milk and flour; pour over soup.

6Melt margarine and pour over the flour mixture.

7Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
