Easy Chicken Pie

  • 1 medium size hen
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender; remove from bone.

    Place in bottom of large casserole dish; season with salt and pepper.

    Cover with 1/2 stick margarine, chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Stir flour and milk together; pour over chicken and soup mixture. Cook for 1 hour at 350°.

    Makes 8 to 10 generous servings.
