  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 env. dry onion soup
  • 1 cut-up fryer chicken or possibly parts
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. regular rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix the celery soup with lowfat milk and rice, pour into the baking dish.

    Lay lightly salted and peppered chicken in this mix, sprinkle with dry onion soup.

    Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
