  • 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1 lb. (450 g ) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 pkg. (411 g) frozen puff pastry (2 blocks), thawed
  • 1/4 cup flour

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 3 min.

    or until onions are crisp-tender.

    Stir in chicken and seasonings; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.

    (Chicken will not be done.)

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in cheese, 1/4 cup dressing and coriander.

    Refrigerate 15 min.

    Meanwhile, heat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll out 1 pastry block to 9-inch square on lightly floured surface; cut into 3 (3-inch-wide) strips.

    Cut each strip into 3 (3-inch) squares.

    Dust squares lightly with flour; stack on plate.

    Repeat with remaining pastry block.
