Easy Chicken Stroganoff

- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 10 1/4 oz. Pepperidge Farm stroganoff gravy with sliced mushrooms (98% fat-free)
- 4 c. hot, cooked, medium egg noodles
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon of margarine, cook half of the chicken until browned.

2Remove. Repeat with remaining chicken.

3Reduce heat to medium.

4In same skillet, cook mushrooms and onion until tender and liquid is evaporated.

5Stir often.

6Add gravy and sour cream.

7Return chicken to skillet.

8Hat through, stirring occasionally.

9Garnish with parsley.
