- 2 lb. lean pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1 jar green salsa (16 oz.)
- 2 tsp. ground cumin or to taste
- flour tortillas
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Cook in crock-pot for 8 hours on low or 3 hours on high.

3If gravy is too thin, can be thickened with cornstarch and water.
