  • 1 1/2 lb. lean beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 2 lb. lean pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 1 jar green salsa (16 oz.)
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin or to taste
  • flour tortillas
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Cook in crock-pot for 8 hours on low or 3 hours on high.

    If gravy is too thin, can be thickened with cornstarch and water.
