  • 2 lbs. of very LEAN minced beef
  • 2 cans of Hormel chili with no beans
  • 1/2 pound of warm Mexican Velveeta
  • 1 can of Rotel tomatoes

Directions

    Brown meat in large pot, drain.

    Add in other ingredients and cook over LOW heat for awhile.

    Serve as dip with chips.

    Or possibly serve in bowl with minced onion and cheese and crackers.

    Or possibly serve over warm tamales.
