Easy Choco-Nut Dessert

  • 1 angel food cake (store bought works well)
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (large)
  • 1 carton nondairy whipped topping, softened
  • 3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Tear cake into small pieces and layer in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

    Prepare pudding according to package directions.

    Cool slightly and pour over cake; cool for half an hour in refrigerator.

    In small bowl, fold into whipped topping the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.

    Spread mixture over top of pudding.

    Cover and refrigerate.
