  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together by hand; pat into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix cheese and eggs.

    Add sugar; blend until smooth.

    Add pecans.

    Pour over first layer.

    Bake at 325° for 40 to 60 minutes.
