- 2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 (8 sq.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 1/4 c. Cool Whip, thawed
Directions

1Line 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with waxed paper.

2Extend over sides. Mix crumbs with 6 tablespoons margarine; set aside.

3Melt 7 squares chocolate and margarine over very low heat, stirring constantly. Cool.

4Beat eggs in large bowl.

5Beat in sugar at high speed of mixer until thick about 10 minutes.

6Fold in chocolate mixture and vanilla, then 4 cups of Cool Whip.

7Spoon about 1 1/2 cups into pan.

8Sprinkle 2/3 cup cookie crumbs; press lightly.

9Repeat layers.

10Freeze overnight.

11Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate.
