Easy Chocolate Icing

  • 1/3 c. cocoa (for light chocolate) or 3/4 c. (for dark chocolate)
  • 2 2/3 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Cream butter.

    Add cocoa and sugar alternately with milk (may need to add more if too thick).

    Blend in vanilla.

    Makes 2 cups. Very easy and tasty.
