- 16 ounces whole pecans
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2/3 cup golden rum
- chocolate sprinkles

1Run vanilla wafers through the food processor until turned to fine crumbs. Pour into a large mixing bowl.

2Run pecans through food processor until finely ground. Add to wafer brumbs in bowl.

3Add cocoa powder and mix thoroughly.

4Add honey and rum. Mix thoroughly.

5Make 1 inches balls with dough and roll in sprinkles.

6Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
