  • 1 teaspoon Ground Saigon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Warm Whole Milk (115-125 Degrees F)
  • 1/4 cups Melted Butter (melt, Then Measure)
  • 1 whole Large Egg, At Room Temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Butter Extract
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Chips
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Saigon Cinnamon
