Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. + 1 1/2 tsp. shortening
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine; softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. pecans (optional)
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Directions

1Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

2Add milk stirring until dry ingredients are moist.

3Roll dough into a 20x14 inch rectangle; spread butter on dough.

4Combine sugar and cinnamon.

5Sprinkle over butter.

6Add raisins and pecans, if desired.

7Roll up and cut into 1 inch slices.

8Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
