- 2 cans New England clam chowder
- 2 cans potato soup
- 2 cans celery soup
- 1 can clams with liquid
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1/2 to 1 stick margarine
- fresh or dried parsley
- dash of white pepper, paprika and nutmeg
Directions

1Saute onion and celery (with leaves) in margarine.

2Mix with soups, clams and milk to desired consistency.

3Add parsley, white pepper, paprika and nutmeg.

4This makes a nice Sunday night meal with salad, bread and fruit.

5We used to have this on Christmas Eve.
