- 2 cans Snow's clam chowder
- 4 or 5 red potatoes
- onions, chopped
- container chopped clams
- 1 pt. light cream
- celery, chopped
- fresh dill to taste
Directions

1Barely cook potatoes with skin on.

2Cook onions and celery with butter and a little oil under tender.

3Remove tough clams from minced mixture.

4Combine in large pan:

5clam chowder; pour light cream into empty can and fill to top with milk.

6Fill second can to top with milk as well.

7Combine milk, cream, Snow's, celery, dill and potatoes.

8Cook for 30 plus minutes on low.

9Do not boil.

10When heated thoroughly add clams (washed and drained) and cook for 5 minutes.
