- 48 square shortbread cookies
- 1-1/2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup PLANTERS Macadamias, chopped

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.

3Place butter in prepared pan; bake 5 min.

5Meanwhile, coarsely chop cookies; reserve 2 cups.

6Finely crush remaining cookies.

7Sprinkle finely crushed cookies and coconut over butter in pan.

8Pour milk evenly over coconut; sprinkle with reserved chopped cookies and nuts.

9Bake 25 to 30 min.
