- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
- 1 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.

2Beat egg yolks until light and fluffy.

3Add corn, bacon fat, onion, cheese, salt and milk. Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Fold into corn mixture.

5Pour in greased pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch.

6Top with crushed chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350° or until firm.
