Easy Corn Fritters

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cups Milk
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 cups Corn
  • 1 bottle Oil, For Frying

Directions

    Heat oil in a deep fryer or frying pan. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, milk, egg, and corn. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. I use a #16 scoop, but be sure not to make them too big or they won't cook through. Cook until browned and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately. Great with honey butter!
