- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender. Process until smooth.

2Pour into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes (or until set.)
