  • 3 eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Melt 2 tablespoons shortening in extra large cast-iron skillet.
