- 360 grams Fresh cranberries
- 180 grams Sugar
- 1 lemon's worth Lemon juice

1Wash and drain the fresh cranberries.

2Heat a non-stick pot.

3Add the sugar and blend.

4Add the lemon juice and heat over medium.

5Heat over medium heat while gently mixing.

6Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

7Once it becomes a thick jam, it's done.

8Pour into a clean bottle and store in the refrigerator.
