  • 14 cup frozen chopped onions, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (6 ounce) package Laughing Cow cheese (spreadable swiss cheese)
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

    Drain thawed chopped spinach and thawed chopped onions well, pressin between paper towels.

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add spinach, onions, and minced garlic, and cook, strring often, 3 minutes or until tende.
