- cornmeal
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 23 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup onion, finely mined
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained & minced
- 1 (8 ounce) canpremade pizza sauce
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Heat oven to 425 degrees .

2Grease a 12-inch pizza pan; lightly sprinkle with cornmeal.

3In a skillet, brown the ground beef; drain off fat.

4In a medium bowl, combine flour, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, milk & eggs; blend until smooth.

5Pour batter in pizza pan, tilting to cover bottom evenly.

6Spread beef over batter.

7Top with mushrooms & onions.

8Bake on lowest oven rack for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

9Remove from oven; pour pizza sauce evenly on top & sprinkle with cheese.

10Return to oven for another 7-12 minutes.
