  • 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
  • 8 RITZ Crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 2 salmon fillets (1/2 lb.)

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix mustard, cracker crumbs and thyme.

    Place fish, skin-sides down, on foil-covered baking sheet; spread with mustard mixture.
