- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Heavily grease and flour a 9-inch pie plate, bottom and sides.

4Put all ingredients into a blender; run just until combined.

5Pour into pie plate; sprinkle nutmeg all over the top.

6Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool slightly so pie sets.
