Easy Dill-Onion Bread

- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. dried dill seed
- 2 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1 egg
Directions

1In a small mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour and the yeast.

2In a saucepan, heat milk, sugar, butter, dill seed, onion and 1 teaspoon salt just until warm (115° to 120°), stirring constantly to melt butter.

3Add to dry mixture; add egg.

4Beat at low speed with electric mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl.

5Beat 3 minutes at high speed.

6By hand, stir in remaining flour.
