- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 12 slices bacon, fried until crisp
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
Directions

1Beat eggs with salt and milk; scramble in butter.

3Spread in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.

4Top with bacon; spread sour cream over.

6This can be refrigerated overnight, brought to room temperature and cooked at 300° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
