  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 12 slices bacon, fried until crisp
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated

    Beat eggs with salt and milk; scramble in butter.

    Cook until moist.

    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.

    Top with bacon; spread sour cream over.

    Top with grated cheese.

    This can be refrigerated overnight, brought to room temperature and cooked at 300° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
