- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 12 chopped cabbage
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- egg roll wrap
Directions

1Heat oil in electric frying pan to 350 degrees.

2Place cabbage in large bowl.

3Mix in soy sauce, garlic salt, pepper and scallions.

4Divide up the cabbage mixture and roll in egg wrappers.

5Use pastry brush with water to seal edges.

6Place up to 4 egg rolls at a time into hot oil.

7When browned on one side, carefully turn over to brown other side.

8When completely browned, remove from oil.

9Place on paper towels and pat off excess oil.

10Serve with duck or soy sauce.
