- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cans tomato soup
- chili powder to taste
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- garlic powder
- salt
- grated sharp yellow cheese
Directions

1Fry tortillas in oil until soft.

2Stack; set aside.

3Brown meat and add tomato sauce, chili and garlic powder to taste.

4Simmer. Roll meat mixture in tortilla (you can secure with toothpick). Place stuffed tortillas in flat Pyrex dish.

5Cover with tomato soup mixed with chili and grated cheese.

6Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.

7Sprinkle with sliced green peppers.
