Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 6 tbsp Goya Adobo
  • 6 tbsp ground cumin
  • 4 tsp chopped garlic
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 3 oz lime juice
  • 1 cup guacamole (optional)

Directions

    Cut chicken into small strips

    Cut all bell peppers into medium to small strips (lengthwise)

    Place peppers an chicken in to frying pan and season very liberally with lime juice, garlic, cumin and Goya Adobo

    Cook on medium heat, covered until peppers are soft, occasionally stir

    Warm tortillas
  6. 6
    Serve on tortillas, garnish with salsa, sour cream, guacamole... As desired
