- 1 1/2 lb. fish, thawed (any kind, like haddock, pollack, cod)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. carrots, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pt. half and half
Directions

1In Dutch oven, saute onions, celery and carrots in butter for 5 minutes.

2Add fish, cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently until fish flakes.

3Add soup, milk and half and half. Simmer 20 minutes on medium-low heat after fish is cooked.
