Easy Fried Catfish

Ingredients

  • 4 Fileted Catfish
  • 1 Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp salt

Directions

    Sprinkle Old Bay all over fish (both sides)

    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl to create dry mix.

    Coat fish in dry mix.

    Fry in pan of oil on heat slightly higher than medium.

    Cook on each side for 3-6 minutes depending on thickness of fish.

    (I used olive oil and used enough oil to cover only half of the fish.)

    Place fish on paper towels in a plate or pan to drain excess oil.
