- 1 kg turkey breast
- 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp curry powder
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp (optional) ginger powder
Directions

1Cut the turkey in cubes, all about the same size.

2Mix the flour, the curry, the salt and the ginger in a plastic bag and shake.

3Heat oil in a pan.

4Put 4-6 pieces of turkey in the flour mixture and shake.

5Once the turkey is coated with it, fry it.

6Put paper towel on a plate and put the turkey there.

7Repeat step 3 until done.

8Serve hot.
