- 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Eggs, Whisked
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons Minced Onion
- 2-1/2 cups Frozen Peas And Carrots (can Find A Combination Bag In The Frozen Food Section Of Grocery Store)
- 2-1/2 cups Cooked White Rice
- 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook until scrambled to your liking. Remove eggs to a plate.

2In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, minced onion, peas and carrots. Saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Add rice and soy sauce to skillet, stirring to combine.

3Stir and cook for an additional 7-10 minutes to fry the rice. Turn heat to low, add eggs and sesame oil. Stir to combine. Remove from heat.

4Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!

61. Be sure to taste the amount of soy sauce and sesame oil as you cook. I used a larger amount of both, but you can increase/decrease to your liking.
