- Egg-substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
Directions

1In a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, saute green pepper and garlic until pepper is crisp-tender. Add egg substitute; cook and stir until egg is completely set. Chop egg into small pieces. Add rice and soy sauce; heat through.
