  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter/margarine
  • 1 can fruit (canned) of choice (e.g., peaches, pineapple, cherries, etc. with juice up to 1/2 c.)

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Add milk and mix to smooth batter. Melt 1 stick butter/margarine in baking pan (approximately 9 x 13-inches).

    Pour batter over melted butter/margarine.

    Pour fruit and juice (up to 1/2 cup) over batter.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, until lightly browned.
