- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. (4 oz.) miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions

1Butter an 8-inch square pan.

2In medium saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt.

3Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

4Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from heat.

5Stir in marshmallows, semi-sweet chips, vanilla and nuts.

6Stir vigorously for 1 minute, or until marshmallows melt completely.

7Pour into pan; cool and cut into squares.

8For thicker fudge, use a 7 x 5-inch pan.
