- 1 to 2 lb. ham and ham bone
- 2 qt. green beans or 3 (No. 2) cans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans navy beans
- 3 c. potatoes, diced small
Directions

1In large Dutch oven, combine ham, ham bone, green beans with liquid and onion.

2Add just enough water to cover.

3Bring to a boil; simmer 1 hour.

4Add navy beans; cook while you prepare potatoes.

5Add potatoes and simmer 30 minutes more.
