Easy Ginger Pork

  • 200 grams Sliced pork loin, or thinly sliced pork loin
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Plain flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp Grated ginger

Directions

    Season the pork with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with plain flour.

    Combine the sauce ingredients.

    Heat a frying pan, add a little oil, and pan-fry the pork.

    When it's golden brown, turn it over, and pan-fry.

    Transfer the pan-fried pork to a plate.

    In the same frying pan, add the sauce from Step 2, and bring to a boil.

    When it starts to boil, put the pork back into the pan, and coat with the sauce.

    Transfer the pork to a serving plate, garnish with vegetables of your choice, such as cabbage, and it's ready.
