- 200 grams Sliced pork loin, or thinly sliced pork loin
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Plain flour
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Grated ginger
Directions

1Season the pork with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with plain flour.

2Combine the sauce ingredients.

3Heat a frying pan, add a little oil, and pan-fry the pork.

4When it's golden brown, turn it over, and pan-fry.

5Transfer the pan-fried pork to a plate.

6In the same frying pan, add the sauce from Step 2, and bring to a boil.

7When it starts to boil, put the pork back into the pan, and coat with the sauce.

8Transfer the pork to a serving plate, garnish with vegetables of your choice, such as cabbage, and it's ready.
