- 18 ounces sugar cookie mix
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 34 teaspoons baking soda
- 14 teaspoon white pepper
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 13 cup decorator sugar (course, white)
Directions

1Mix cookie mix with cocoa, spices and baking soda until well mixed (should have the appearance of chocolate cookie mix).

2Add butter and egg, mix well.

3Using about 1 tablespoon dough, form into 1 inch disks and coat with the coarse sugar.

4Place on ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.

5Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes.

6Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.

7Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
