- 4 ounces round gouda cheese

1Seperate dough into triangles.

2Arrange triangles on a non stick baking sheet with the points toward the center forming a rough circle.

3Press edges together to seal.

4Peel wax from cheese.

5Place cheese in the center of the dough circle.

6Fold dough over cheese and press seams together.

7Completely closing the cheese in.

8Bake 20- 30 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

9Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.

10Cut into 10-12 wedges.
