- 3 cups dry pasta noodles
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, no salt added, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
Directions

1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

2Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente (according to package directions); Drain.

3In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat.

4Drain off the grease.

5Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder to taste (optional).

6Stir in the corn, diced tomatoes and tomato soup.

7Stir in the cooked pasta and mix thoroughly.

8Heat through and serve.
