Easy Green Rice

  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 c. white rice

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Pour chicken broth in baking dish. Add 1/2 can of water.

    Pour in rice, parsley and sauteed onion. Mix.

    Cook at 325° for 1 hour.

    Check at 45 minutes for overcooking.
