- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 onion
- 1 c. white rice
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Pour chicken broth in baking dish. Add 1/2 can of water.

3Pour in rice, parsley and sauteed onion. Mix.

4Cook at 325° for 1 hour.

5Check at 45 minutes for overcooking.

6Serves 4.
