- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium chopped bell pepper
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 can asparagus soup or celery soup
- cheese Tater Tots
- salt, pepper or garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Press ground beef into 8 x 8-inch pan.

2Add salt and pepper or garlic salt to taste.

3Add chopped bell pepper; add chopped onion. Add asparagus soup (or celery soup), undiluted.

4Put a layer of cheese Tater Tots on top (or some squares of cheese).

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
