- 2 cups unbleached flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup low-fat milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425F and prep. muffin pan with 12 paper liners.

2In a large bowl combine the first 4 ingredients.

3In a medium bowl, beat the egg lightly then stir in the melted butter and milk. Add to the dry mix all at once and stir until just blended.

4Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 20-25 minutes (or until brown).
