Easy Healthy Lasagna

- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 4 c. prepared spaghetti sauce (I use chunky garden style with tomatoes, onion and garlic)
- 1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- boiling water
Directions

1Brown turkey; drain.

2Add spaghetti sauce to turkey; mix well. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.

3Top with dry noodles.

4On top of noodles, spread 1/2 sauce mix, follow with 1/2 of cheese, another layer of noodles, rest of sauce and all but 1/4 cup of cheese.

5Pour boiling water to within 1/2-inch of top of dish.

6Cover tightly with foil.

7Bake at 400° for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 20 more minutes.

8Top with rest of cheese and let melt.
