Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 4 c. sifted bread flour
Directions

1Place warm water in a mixing bowl.

2Stir in yeast, sugar, salt and margarine.

3Add eggs and 2 cups flour.

4Combine ingredients with mixer at low speed until all are moistened, approximately 2 minutes.

5Add 2 cups of flour and blend until batter is smooth. Fill greased muffin cups a scant half full.

6Allow to rise in a warm place until batter reaches top of cups, 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

7Yield: 2 dozen.
